DSO&Co Photography & Video Policy

DSO&Co may take photographs and videos during some of our activities and events.

We may use these to show the activities we provide and promote future opportunities.

Where photographs and videos may be used

With permission, photographs and videos may be used on:

• The DSO&Co website

• DSO&Co Facebook

• DSO&Co Instagram

• Other DSO&Co social media

• DSO&Co promotional materials

Giving permission

Permission is requested separately from our general Terms & Conditions.

You can choose whether or not to give permission.

You do not have to agree to photographs or videos in order to attend a DSO&Co activity.

Where permission has not been given, DSO&Co will take reasonable steps to avoid including that person in promotional photographs or videos.

Zoom activities

For online Zoom activities, screenshots or photographs may occasionally be taken.

Separate permission will be requested for this.

Participants who do not give permission can still take part in the Zoom activity.

Participants should not take or share screenshots or recordings of other people during DSO&Co sessions without permission.

Withdrawing permission

Permission can be withdrawn at any time by contacting DSO&Co.

If you withdraw permission, we will update our records and will not use new photographs or videos taken after your withdrawal.

We may not always be able to remove photographs or videos that have already been published or printed, but we will take reasonable steps to prevent further use where appropriate.
