In Person Events…
Join us for a Halloween evening filled with music, games, dancing, socialising and plenty of spooky fun! Halloween fancy dress is encouraged, but there’s no pressure to dress up — whether you fancy a full costume, a spooky accessory or simply coming as you are, everyone is welcome.
Soft drinks will be available to purchase (cash only accepted). Please eat beforehand, as no food or alcohol will be provided.
This is a drop-off event. If your young person requires 1:1 support, their usual support person must attend with them. If I haven’t met your young person before, please stay local for the first hour in case you’re needed. You don’t need to remain at the venue, and there is a pub nearby.

Ages 15+
Fun holiday sessions with activities, games and opportunities to make friends.

Engaging school assemblies led by Emily and Tom, exploring Down syndrome, inclusion, differences, self-belief and aiming high, with the option to add an energetic TomFit fitness session.

Online Events
These sessions focus on socialising, confidence and having the chance to talk about something you love or have been doing. Each young person will have their turn in the hot seat before answering questions from the group, making it a great opportunity to practise social skills while sharing something they enjoy.

These sessions are all about celebrating some of our favourite artists and songs, with a different music theme each time. Expect plenty of singing and dancing, fun games, quizzes, bingo and lots of opportunities to share your favourite songs and have fun together.

Friendly online sessions providing a relaxed space for young people to chat, share experiences and connect with others who have Down syndrome. Each session will include opportunities to talk, listen, ask questions and take part in activities around a set topic.

Each session is based around a much-loved Disney film, with plenty of opportunities to join in and share your favourite characters, songs and moments. We’ll enjoy Disney-themed games, quizzes, songs to have a boogie to, bingo and lots more.

Come together online to celebrate Christmas with a fun-filled festive session. Your young person will be sent a Christmas Parcel ahead of the zoom to open and enjoy during the zoom. We’ll enjoy Christmas music, games, quizzes, activities and plenty of opportunities to chat, laugh and get into the Christmas spirit.

This programme is designed to support young people in building confidence in social situations, developing communication skills and forming positive peer connections. Through a combination of introductory and small-group Zoom sessions, young people will have the opportunity to practise conversation, asking and answering questions, listening and taking turns in a safe and structured environment.
